This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:Sampling of all raw materials and packaging items on site.- To Ensure all Raw materials are stored in the correct manner as stated in the appropriate SOP.To Initiate and review after consultation from the QC Sampling Supervisor, Deviations and Change Controls ,ensure they are actioned and closed in a timely manner and CAPA's actioned accordingly .Generate labels for all components as stated in the appropriate SOP.To ensure the proper maintenance of all records, logs relating to both work and equipment operation.To order and maintain all relevant QC sampling stock.To ensure all raw materials received are weighed and move ordered off the system.To execute required testing on raw materials and packaging items such as (but not limited to): FTIF, glass type 1 testing USP Mortar and Pestle for pulverizing glass in accordance with written procedures and protocols.Sampling of in-process manufactured product and finished product is executed in a timely manner to ensure no delays to production schedules.Swabbing within the facility is executed in a timely manner to ensure no delays to the production schedules.Comply with GMP, GLP and Health and Safety standards at all times.Preparation and dispatch of samples to external laboratories.Ideal CandidateHere at Dechra we pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer and we embrace candidates from all walks of life.
