We are seeking a meticulous and organized QA/QC Quality Engineer to support the Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments in managing documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks related to quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality control procedures, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist in generating, maintaining and organizing quality control documentation, including quality plans, inspection and test plans, reports, test results, and compliance certification.

Compilation of Manufacturing Record Books (MRB’s).

Review of Material Test certificates against codes, standards and client specifications.

Coordinate with QA/QC Inspectors and other departments to obtain necessary documentation and information for audits and inspections.

Coordinate with external Inspectors for carrying out inspection activities.

Assist in the preparation of quality reports, including tracking non-conformances, corrective actions, and product testing data.

Provide administrative support to the QA/QC department, including scheduling meetings, filing, and maintaining document control systems.

Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring that all documentation is readily available and in order.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and archiving of quality documentation in both physical and digital formats.

Assist with maintaining the calibration records for testing and inspection equipment.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Previous experience in a clerical, administrative, or technical support role within a QA/QC or manufacturing environment (preferred).

Understanding of quality assurance and control processes and standards.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other industry-specific quality standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
