Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in Quality Assurance, compliance, or customer complaints investigation? We're hiring on behalf of a global healthcare company specialising in lifesaving medicines and technologies for a QA Officer on a 12 month FTC basis which will also allow you to work 1 day a week from home as part of the working pattern.

The role exists due to an increase in work-load and there is strong chance this role will be extended or go permanent.

Duties:

• Support supplier non-conformance investigations and process improvements
• Assist with Periodic Quality Reviews (PQRs) and supplier data management
• Maintain and update external audit records
• Draft and support Quality Agreement reviews
• Provide key administrative and quality support to the team

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong administrative and IT skills
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative
• Ability to plan workload and follow structured processes
• Excellent communication skills
