Fibrisol Service Limited as part of the ICL Groupis a well-established and highly recognized company based in London, UK, specializing in the production and supply of food ingredients. Founded in 1964, Fibrisol has over 60 years of experience in the industry. The company focuses on providing high-quality ingredient solutions to various sectors, including the meat processing industry.

The Role

· Assist the Regional Quality Lead and Managing Director FSL with any task as requested

· Check and update QA calendar

· Back up Laboratory Technicians, QA Administrator and Technical Administrator

· Pass raw materials and finished products


The Key Responsibilities

Safety

· Testing the fire alarm every Monday

· Look after the pest control on site and will be your point of contact

· Partake in internal checks for plastic and glass, sound measurement, and hygiene etc.

· Adhere to health and safety rules

Operational Parameters

· Complete supplier assessment questionnaires such as TACCP, vulnerability, raw materials, HACCP, and WADA etc.

· Assisting in any on site external audits for Fibrisol as deemed necessary by the QHSE Manager

· Filing of paperwork relating to raw materials and finished products being passed

Communication

· Contacting suppliers, requesting questionnaires and certificates to be completed

Information Management

· Maintain and update supplier database and the supplier assurance database

· Maintain MSDS database for all applicable products and materials or chemicals used on site

· Raising purchase orders for materials needed in the laboratory and other areas relating to the QHSE Department

The Role Requirements

· Minimum knowledge of laboratory procedures, preferably gained in food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries.

· Knowledge of quality management systems
