Project Management provider that specifically operate within the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, automotive sectors are looking for a Construction Supervisor for an 18 month project to oversee the delivery on a CDM project management basis. Project is a new build unit on the site of an existing facility
As the project lead you will be responsible for overseeing the project ensuring that the scheme is delivered on time, budget, client standard. Your main duties will be to manage and supervise all onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with H&S and quality standards, facilitating communication amongst all stakeholders, contractors/subcontractors and client.
Main duties will be to oversee all onsite daily construction activities ensuring adherence to project schedules and timelines, subcontract coordination, site inspections to monitor progress, Quality Assurance, Safety Management, Documentation and Reporting. You will also be acting as the primary point of contact for all on-site stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, facilitating communication between all parties to resolve issues and ensure project objectives are met, attending project meetings and provide updates on site progress and challenges, weekly progress reports detailing work completed, resources utilized, and any issues encountered, safety meeting minutes and incident reports as needed, documentation of any changes to the project scope, including change orders and approvals as well as final report upon project completion summarizing achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future projects.

Minimum requirements will be someone that has a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering as well as holding current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates as well as experience working on logistics, food & beverage or pharmaceutical schemes as the project lead.
Working hours will be 7.30am-5.00pm Monday-Friday but additional working hours/days may be required in order for project deadline to be achieved.
