Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the implementation of complex projects involving both internal and third-party products. This field-based role requires a strong communicator capable of managing and influencing key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Associate Project Manager to develop and implement consistent project management methodologies.
  • Ensure key milestones, such as floor plans and snagging lists, receive appropriate sign-off.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline implementation processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the solution design process and develop value-added proposals for project delivery.
  • Oversee project planning from tender award to completion, including timeline management and product ordering.
  • Facilitate communication and meetings at customer sites to ensure project progression.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex project implementation issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, changes, and risks to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Address critical issues and provide guidance on risks and issues.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies.
