THE ROLE

There is now an exciting opportunity for either a Project Manager, or senior Project Manager  to come on board and join their close-knit and dedicated team. Supporting on a range of events, as well as managing your own the role will include:

-          Assisting in the delivery of international events

-          Setting up online registration systems

-          Setting up virtual meeting environments

-          Supporting with information for proposals including venue sourcing

-          Delegate management including dealing with all enquires

-          Delegate registration (on site)

-          Managing travel and accommodation booking

-          Supplier liaison and negotiation

-          Taking ownership of running your own smaller events

-          Budget management including cost tracking

-          Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have had experience of working on a broad range of events, and ideally have had exposure to working on international projects. Logistics management and delegate registration experience is key and ideally this should have been gained from working either for an agency, med coms company or client side (for a pharmaceutical client) as exposure to running events in the healthcare sector is essential. If you have managed your own smaller events end to end this would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be open to frequent international travel as you will be required to go onsite to manage the events.
