Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in project management, clinical trials, and supply chain operations? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Piramal Healthcare as a Project Manager - Clinical Trial Packaging and Distribution Services


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage full range of Clinical Trial Packaging and Distribution services for Piramal Healthcare clients on an ongoing basis
  • Oversee the overall management of services provided to major clients, including leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborate with teams to finalize Packaging and/or Distribution specifications and create Supply Chain solutions to meet client needs
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Optimize Packaging and/or Distribution of clinical supplies, balancing client requirements with available capacity
  • Participate in cross-functional business process improvement initiatives to drive quality, operability, and commercial performance


What You'll Bring:


  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in clinical trials and supply chain operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills, able to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with project planning tools, such as Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize issues
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, such as EMEA guidance and client protocol requirements
