Project Manager – Mechanical or Electrical


We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and award-winning M&E contractor for a Project Manager (Mechanical or Electrical) to be based in Hull.


This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company with decades of expertise in delivering large-scale Mechanical and Electrical projects across diverse sectors, including Data Centres, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Logistics, and beyond.


You’ll play a key role in leading site-based teams and coordinating all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and contribute to project start-up meetings
  • Coordinate technical submittals and manage RFI processes
  • Maintain and report on weekly progress, including variations
  • Oversee project plant, equipment and materials logistics
  • Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and client-side teams
  • Manage labour tracking and construction programmes
  • Support commissioning plans and snag list closeout
  • Ensure project documentation and handover is maintained to a high standard
