Position: Project Manager - FM
Location: Regional role covering the South of England | Hybrid Working
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

Package Includes:

    The Role:
    As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a variety of projects including fit-outs, refurbishments, and mechanical, electrical, and fabric upgrades all within live, operational environments.

  • Project values range from £100k to £3m, with a typical annual portfolio of £3m-4m.

  • Covering contracts in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.

  • Regional travel required, with a flexible mix of home and site-based work

  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including health & safety and sub-contractor management

  • Manage multiple projects at one time, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

  • Build strong client relationships and identify further project opportunities

    About You:

  • Experience in project delivery within the Facilities Management or Building Services sector.

  • Previous background as a Project Supervisor or Project Manager.

  • Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred, though not essential for candidates with relevant project delivery experience.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills is essential.
