At Guilford Street Laboratories, were transforming biomarker discovery through the power of machine learning. Were on a mission to improve diagnostics and treatment for rare, cardiac, and neurodegenerative diseasesand we need a Project Manager to help us do it.
Were looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of biomarker assay projects across all clinical phases. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, scientific accuracy, and outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for biomarker assay projects
Translate scientific and technical details into clear project goals and updates
Work with internal teams including assay development, bioinformatics, regulatory, and data science
Maintain alignment between biomarker strategies and clinical objectives
Coordinate resource planning, budgeting, and milestone invoicing
Provide clear, regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures
Prepare project metrics and lead review meetings
Some domestic and international travel may be required

The Person
Were looking for someone who has:
35+ years project management experience in biotech, pharma, or diagnostics
Experience working in biomarker-related clinical trials or services
Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal
Good understanding of mass spectrometry, proteomics, lipidomics, or metabolomics
A degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields
Certification in Good Clinical Practice and PMP/PRINCE II (desirable)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
