We are proud to be working in partnership with a leading international construction consultancy to recruit Programme Managers at all levels for their Cambridge office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organisation delivering some of the most innovative and technically complex projects in the life sciences and real estate sectors.

The Opportunity

Our client is expanding their Programme Management team and is looking for individuals with proven experience in either:

The life sciences sector (e.g. biotech, pharmaceutical, research or laboratory facilities), or
Real estate programme delivery under NEC contracts
They are open to applications from professionals at all levels of seniority, from up-and-coming talent to seasoned leaders.

Responsibilities Will Include:

Leading the delivery of multi-million-pound programmes from concept through to completion
Engaging with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory bodies
Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts or sector-specific standards
Managing budgets, timelines and resources to deliver successful project outcomes
Driving innovation, quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

Experience in delivering complex construction programmes
Expertise in either life sciences projects or NEC contract-based real estate work
Strong stakeholder and client management skills
A proactive, delivery-focused approach
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. APM, RICS, MAPM, or equivalent) are advantageous
