Medik8, a globally recognised leader in high-performance skincare, is hiring an experiencedMachine Operativeto join our manufacturing team in Aylesbury. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone with proven experience in operating machinery and delivering quality at every stage.

We’re looking for candidates who areserious about quality, thrive in structured environments, and havea minimum of 2 years' experience working in a manufacturing or production setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating a variety of production machines and stations safely and efficiently.
  • Performing key processes including batching, filling, capping, labelling, and packaging.
  • Carrying out strict quality control checks on weight, fill level, seal integrity, and presentation.
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and adhering toGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)at all times.
  • Troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalating any mechanical faults.
  • Recording production data and maintaining accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

This role requires at least 2 years of recent experience in a similar production or machine operating role. Applications without this will not be considered.

Essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in amanufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven experience operating industrial machinery.
  • Comfortable working to daily production targets and quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills and basic numeracy/literacy (English and Maths).
  • Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • A reliable team player who can also work independently when required.
  • Experience within cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, or skincare production.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards or ISO certifications.
