Walker Cole International is searching for a Production Coordinator on behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical CDMO in the Hertfordshire region. As Production Coordinator, you will ensure manufacturing all targets are met while adhering to GMP standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise manufacturing processes and ensure goals are met.

  • Assist with introducing new products and train staff.

  • Oversee equipment and support production activities (from smallscale pre-clinical production to large-scale commercial manufacturing).

  • Provide technical support and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

    Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant scientific subject (Engineering, Chemistry etc.)

  • Strong technical background in any regulated industry.

  • Proven experience mentoring and training junior staff in a manufacturing environment.

    Please note, this role involves rotating shifts (Morning, Day, Night) from Monday to Friday.
