The Company

They are a specialist provider of chilled water (hydronics) commercial heating and cooling systems. Their technologies are state of the art, energy efficient and sustainable, designed to effectively decarbonise working and living environments. Government and industry regulations and legislation are driving the need for more efficient and clean HVAC systems that are both electric and non- traditional refrigerant based. Hydronic chilled water based heating and cooling systems incorporating chillers and commercial heat pumps are leading the way to a net zero carbon future.


The Role

A global manufacturer and industry leader in building services technologies seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead their specialist chilled water cooling and commercial heat pump division for their products aimed at the commercial built environment. You will be leading the way in UK product strategy for the company, with the opportunity to utilise the direct global research and development investment of a multinational company and your responsibility will be to ensure that they continue to lead the market with their product offering and retain their competitive advantage. Furthermore, if you have team management experience then this will also be of great interest due to rapid planned team expansion.


Experience Required

Due to the nature of the role you must have expert product marketing experience, ideally with an emphasis on commercial heating or cooling within the built environment and their applications in mechanical & electrical or electrical/electronic specifications. The primary interest is your proven commercial ability to manage the product strategy, road map and life cycle of cutting edge highly efficient and environmentally friendly commercial heat and cooling systems in decarbonising buildings. If you have Product Marketing Management experience for other types of products into the commercial built environment then please still apply as the most important factors are your skill set, proven experience and cultural fit rather than a specific product.

They are a cutting-edge manufacturer of building environment control technologies used to increase the efficiency of working and living environments such as commercial offices, pharmaceutical labs, hospitals, residential high-rise developments, universities and hotels. A long-standing company with offices located around the world, they are investing heavily in new technologies for complete building decarbonisation through advanced heating and cooling technologies. The Package

Initial indications by the client are a salary range of between £60,000 and £70,000 + £10,000 bonus, although there may be some further flexibility depending on your experience and suitability for the position. This substantial package also includes a company car (electric available) or car allowance, health care, dental insurance, pension scheme, gym and sports / social club scheme. Furthermore, you can be based anywhere in the UK as it primarily work from home.
