Join Agilent's high-growth Services Division. Agilent is seeking a talented product manager to join our product development team for our Laboratory Operations software. This is a fantastic opportunity to design integrated software, analytics, and services to create a differentiated solution for our customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving customer outcomes across risk reduction, maintenance optimization, productivity improvement, and budget optimization.

Digital Services and Software are a growing part of our commitment to develop the products and services that deliver better outcomes for our customers. The candidate will creatively weave the following themes into a breakthrough solution.

Fleet inventory and tracking for lab-wide, multi-vendor assets.

Asset Lifecycle from onboarding to maintenance, to refresh.

Asset utilization, maintenance, and productivity optimization.

We are looking for talented individuals to drive the following:

Market opportunity assessment, segmentation, and strategic positioning.

Define the product and services strategy and roadmap.

Define the scalability strategy to serve all Agilent Service customers.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated success creating SaaS software strategies, products, and taking them successfully to market. Business acumen, leadership, collaboration, influence, communication skills, and an exceptional work ethic are essential traits for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Product Manager for lab operations software

Owns voice-of-customer, segmentation, competitive benchmarking, and product position strategy.

Owns the go-to-customer, and customer success strategy

Accountable for the successful execution of new product ramp goals

Work closely with internal business partners to ensure that process rigor is met

This position can work remotely within the US, UK, Spain, and/or Germany.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is a creative, business-minded individual who is savvy in both software development and lab asset management solutions.

Bachelor-s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or equivalent.

4+ years experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a software or laboratory services-related field.

Experience at a scientific, analytical instrument or technology company preferred.

Experience with Financial Data Modeling such as; new business models and forecasting.

Experience with SaaS and recurring revenue models is highly desired.

Demonstrated product management experience.

Demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback into simple value models, and product strategy and requirements.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, plans, and organizational alignment.

Demonstrated change leader, and influencer, with strong customer orientation.
- Excellent verbal - and written communication skills.

Experience working with international teams.

Ability to travel 25%.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least April 1, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $109, - $205, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
