Position Title: Product Manager, Healthcare Marketing (Digital Health Solution)

About the Role

Join a purpose-driven and diverse team committed to delivering life-saving technologies to more people. As a Product Manager in Healthcare Marketing, you will be responsible for the sales and order performance of assigned products in Japan. This includes developing market expansion strategies, supporting the sales team, delivering product training, and acting as a key liaison with global teams.

Digital health solutions are transforming hospital operations by streamlining workflows, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing care in critical areas like the ICU and OR. These technologies include virtual hospital simulations, patient flow optimization tools, and cloud-based systems that connect devices with real-time clinical data for smarter decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop short-, mid-, and long-term strategies for assigned products.
Oversee business performance, including sales tracking and reporting.
Create and implement marketing plans across the organization.
Provide on-the-ground and strategic support to the sales team.
Collaborate closely with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular communication with global headquarters.
Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in the medical device industry.
Knowledge of healthcare IT or digital solutions.
Background in product or project management.
Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and academic principles in relevant domains.
Strong skills in strategy development, data analysis, and presentations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in both Japanese and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex technical information clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of IT/software/system sales is a plus.
Network with hospital executives, anesthesiologists, ICU staff, or medical IT departments is an advantage.
Strong internal collaboration and proactive communication style.
