Product Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: North East England (with flexible working)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are partnering with a rapidly growing biotechnology business to recruit a Business Unit Product Manager for their expanding commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping global product and marketing strategy within a company at the forefront of innovation in diagnostics and life sciences.

The Role

As Product Manager, you will:

Drive marketing campaigns and digital initiatives across the UK and international markets.

Lead the commercial launch of new RUO and IVD-labelled products.

Support cross functional teams in R&D, regulatory, sales and quality.

Represent the business at key industry events and conferences.

Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.

Enhance customer engagement through CRM and digital channels.

We’re looking for someone with:

A degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field (MSc/PhD an advantage).

Proven experience in marketing or selling clinical diagnostics or life sciences products.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CE IVD-R, FDA, UKCA).

Experience in launching RUO and/or IVD products.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organisational skills.

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
