About the Role

We are looking for a

Procurement Manager

to join our Central Sourcing team within the CTS Department. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects and orders across the pharmaceutical supply chain, developing a deep understanding of product access channels, market dynamics, and supplier networks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to a mission-driven organisation supporting patient access worldwide.
What will your job look like?

Collaborate with the VP of Central Sourcing to implement sourcing strategy across the CTS business
Develop expertise in comparator products, their therapy areas, and global supplier channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders
Manage and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, on-time delivery, and high quality
Identify new supplier opportunities and proactively resolve supply chain bottlenecks
Lead the end-to-end ordering process, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met
Support quoting and proposal processes, including participation in bid defences
Monitor sourcing KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and uphold best sourcing behaviours
Work cross-functionally with account managers, regulatory, QA, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
Ensure full compliance with GDP, SOPs, health & safety, anti-bribery, and all relevant regulatory requirements
Contribute to departmental goals, share learnings, and participate in research or special projects
Regularly meet with suppliers (virtually or in-person) to deepen relationships and improve service
What will you need to succeed?

Degree-level education or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
Previous procurement or sourcing experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
Commercial awareness with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across departments
Confidence working independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used IT platforms
Resilient under pressure with strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive attitude
