We are looking for:A Procurement Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying sourcing needs to negotiating contracts with suppliers. This role requires strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.At Pharmaron we offer:

Key roles and responsibilities:Administrate purchase request to purchase orders, managing all requests through the respective financial systems, ensuring all Purchase Orders are expedited in a timely manner. Engage closely with internal customers such as engineering, operations, R&D, QA, and finance to ensure alignment on key performance indicators Responsible for the updating of the delivery tracker when Purchase Orders are initiated. Coordinate deliveries, collaborate with the Lab Services and Materials Management Teams, ensuring delivery dates and any associated changes are communicated to the relevant users. Instigate and facilitate the vendor selection and approval process. Liaise with Engineering and Project teams to analyse BoMs and implement these into robust supply chain solutions Aid with new equipment introduction. Identify service, critical spares. Management of critical spares. Define, negotiate, and implement procurement strategies Establish structured and regular reviews with suppliers to present performance results and drive improvement plans Provide general administrative support to the Department, supporting colleagues in periods of absence or high workload. In addition, a Formulation Development team was also recently established. The Hoddesdon site has state-of-the-art Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard facilities for the development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Formulation Development (FD) and Process Chemistry (PC).
