Key responsibilities as Process Engineer will be to: -

  • Modify and optimise existing production equipment to suit updated and new product designs.
  • Program and operate automated machinery like conveyors, cutters, and folding machines.
  • Tweak machine sequences and settings for top performance.
  • Lead pre-production trials and support production rollouts.
  • Collaborate with the remote Product Development Engineer to ensure designs are ready to hit the shop floor.

The successful Process Engineer will: -

  • Solid experience in automated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong hands-on skills with machinery for cutting, folding, gluing, or printing.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and fine-tune machine timing, speed, and sequence.
  • A proactive mindset and love for practical problem-solving.
  • Confidence working in a dynamic, production-driven environment.

  • £35.00 Hour - Limited Company Rate or £28.00 Hour PAYE Rate
