Overview

We're working with a national building services consultancy that is seeking a Principal / Associate Electrical Engineer to join its growing Bristol office. Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or HNC/HND with strong industry experience)

Proven track record delivering complex building services projects across sectors

Minimum 6-8 years' experience in electrical building services design

Strong commercial acumen with experience leading project teams

Confident in client-facing roles and business development activity

Agile and flexible working culture

Well-established national infrastructure with local autonomy

Competitive salary and enhanced benefits including generous leave and wellbeing support

Exposure to a wide variety of technically complex, sustainability-driven projects

Supportive and collaborative working environment with long-term growth plans
