The Practice Pharmacy Manager has a key role in the Healthcare department, leading the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional service and professional healthcare advice in the Bideford store.

Description

Manage daily operations in the pharmacy department
Oversee all dispensing procedures to ensure accuracy and safety
Provide professional healthcare advice to customers
Train and mentor junior pharmacy staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and ethical requirements
Collaborate with the wider store team to promote overall customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory and manage stock levels
Drive the achievement of departmental targetsProfile

A successful Practice Pharmacy Manager should have:

A degree in Pharmacy
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
An understanding of the retail industry
Proficiency in managing operational processes in a pharmacyJob Offer
