We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, well-motivated registered Pharmacy Technician with excellent dispensing and communication skills to join our friendly pharmacy team as a Dispensary Pharmacy Technician.

This opportunity involves working on a rotational basis across the Bournemouth and Poole hospital sites.

Upon successfully gaining 1 year's hospital experience, the post holder will progress to band 5.

This Post Is Suitable For

  • Qualified accuracy checking technicians who wish to specialise in the dispensary.
  • Community-based pharmacy technicians seeking a career change.

You should be able to work as part of a team, but also have the ability to work flexibly and independently in a professional manner.

You will be expected to participate in weekend, bank holiday, and late-night rotas.

Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital. Please note all staff being recruited are expected to be available to work flexibly across our new Trust sites when service demands require it.

This role requires registration with The Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
