Pharmacy Practice Manager | Established Community Pharmacy

Salary: Up to £56,700 per year + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Hours: Part-time, 38.5 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to ensure high performance.

• Focus on driving the commercial success and growth of the pharmacy.

• Manage pharmacy operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff, including technicians and dispensers.

• Deliver high-quality patient care and community health services.

• Handle complaints and medication errors effectively to maintain service excellence.


What We Are Looking For

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)

• MPharm, BPharm, or equivalent degree

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Post-qualification experience in a pharmacy environment is preferred
