Day Lewis is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Assistant - Dispenser. Successful candidates will support their development and future careers in Medicine and Clinical Care.

The initial phase involves settling into our team and completing the Day Lewis Induction training. Depending on previous pharmacy experience, you may need to complete a pharmacy assistant course, which can take 3-6 months.

Our vision is to develop the next generation of Pharmacy Technicians, supporting their training and reimbursing course costs.

The National Pharmaceutical Association's new BTEC Level 3 Diploma - Principles and practices for Pharmacy Technicians is an integrated course designed to meet the needs of learners and pharmacies, aligning with the growing responsibilities and recognition of pharmacy technicians.

Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, your support at the Pharmacy Assistant level is vital for the provision of advanced and enhanced services.

Responsibilities

Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring excellent customer service and effective operations according to company policies.

Assist on the front counter, welcoming and supporting patients.

Be an integral part of a small, dedicated team.

Build relationships with patients and healthcare organizations to deliver effective, patient-friendly service.

Contribute to a family-owned chain that values hard work, recognition, and empowerment.
