Evolve is supporting a leading supermarket pharmacy chain with the recruitment for their pharmacies across the UK!

They’re in search of a Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Exmoor (TA24) on a permanent basis, working a minimum of 36 hours per week over 5 days, but will consider 30 hours per week over 4 days if required, both with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

The branch is open Monday to Saturday (9am to 9pm) & Sunday (10am to 4pm) so flexibility to work early and late shift patterns is essential. Sundays are not required.

Salary ranges from £44,990 to £61,861 (£24.03 to £33.05 per hour) depending on experience, and our client offers excellent benefits that help make it a great place to work, including 20% annual bonus, GPhC fees covered, store savings and more!

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

  • GPhC registered Pharmacist.

  • Pharmacy management experience is highly desirable.

  • A team player, passionate about leading and empowering a team.

  • Approachable and customer-focussed attitude.

    Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

  • Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.

  • Play an active role in the charities support programme, giving advice to people in the community at risk of, or living with, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

  • Assist with leading, training, and developing staff.

  • Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so you’re always there to meet customers’ needs.
