? We're Hiring: Packaging Operator (Level 3) – Fixed-Term Contract ?
Are you an experienced packaging professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Packaging Operator Level 3 to join a dynamic production team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Hatfield.
What You’ll Do:
Operate high-speed packaging lines and ensure product quality through effective controls and testing.
Set up, clean, and maintain production equipment to meet calibration and functionality standards.
Complete batch documentation and SAP transactions accurately.
Support installation, qualification, and validation of new equipment.
Train others in systems, procedures, and techniques.
Promote and uphold health and safety standards.
Participate in audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Experience in GMP-regulated environments and packaging operations.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with QA, Engineering, Planning, and other departments.
