Location: Bradford

£45,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

Monday to Friday – Full time, permanent

With over 25 years’ combined experience across the NHS, health informatics, and pharmacy, their model supports GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) nationwide - reducing workload, enhancing care, and setting new standards for service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:


As PCN Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of clinical service delivery – overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting and developing clinical teams, and leading on quality improvement. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and have a real voice in shaping the future of primary care.


  • Lead and manage clinical and non-clinical staff, driving excellence in service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC, CPPE, Royal Pharmaceutical Society, and regulatory standards
  • Develop training frameworks, staff PDPs, and manage performance against KPIs
  • Support the creation of clinical dashboards and present outcomes to senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with PCNs, GP practices, and healthcare partners
  • Contribute to operational strategy and long-term planning at executive level


Essential Skills & Experience:


  • A background in Primary Care, PCNs, GP or NHS operations
  • Deep understanding of PCN DES, GMS/PMS contracts, and primary care frameworks
  • Strong experience managing clinical teams, ideally pharmacists/technicians
  • A strategic mindset paired with excellent execution and planning skills
  • Data-driven performance management expertise
  • Outstanding communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
  • A genuine commitment to improving patient care
  • High level of professional integrity, critical thinking and attention to detail
