We are currently looking for an Operational Quality Control analyst to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis, based in our Nottingham office.



The right candidate will have some experience within the Insurance sector such as in claims, complaints, or any control team, possess strong organisational skills and be an effective communicator and consider yourself a people person.



The Role:


Working closely with the Outsourcing and Quality Assurance Manager, this key role within the business will be to support the quality and operational risk management team helping to maintain and shape the best way of working for the entire business.



In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:



  • Assisting and monitoring business functions on quality control, outsourcing controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with the likes of operational resilience, compliance and risk to facilitate effective oversight.
  • Support improvements to processes and remediation of issues.
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive continuous enhancements.
