About the Role:

As an Associate Director Biostatistics in Real World Data, you will be responsible for leading biostatistical activities and providing strategic input to support the design, analysis, and interpretation of real-world data studies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality biostatistical support for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead biostatistical activities for real-world data studies, including study design, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Provide strategic input and guidance on biostatistical aspects of real-world data projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality biostatistical support.
  • Develop and implement innovative statistical methodologies to address complex real-world data challenges.
  • Communicate findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders through presentations and reports.

    Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in biostatistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real-world data and its applications in healthcare research.
  • Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages (e.g., SAS, R).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
