Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an Omnichannel Marketing Operations Senior Manager to join their team in Uxbridge on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week - hybrid working).

Please not that this is a technical production role so someone looking for a strategic digital marketing role will not be a viable fit. In addition, fluency in Spanish or Italian is highly desirable.

As an Omnichannel Marketing Operations Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery and optimisation of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring seamless customer journeys across multiple platforms. Working closely with brand, digital and IT teams, you will oversee campaign execution, technology integrations and data-driven improvements, enhancing engagement and supporting critical business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring seamless execution in line with brand strategies, quality standards and deadlines
Act as the central point of contact between strategists, brand teams, creative agencies and vendors to drive efficient planning, production and deployment of marketing assets
Manage and optimise workflows, timelines and resource allocation across multiple projects, leveraging Agile practices to enhance execution speed and campaign effectiveness
Identify and implement improvements in production processes, using data-driven insights and emerging technologies to continually refine marketing operations
Requirements

Strong experience in digital marketing operations and omnichannel campaign management preferably within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
You are a confident project manager, skilled at coordinating resources, tracking budgets and driving delivery across multiple digital platforms and tools (experience with Veeva CRM, Workfront, JIRA, and SFMC is a plus)
You have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities and a talent for simplifying complex processes while focusing on continuous improvement and innovation
You thrive in high-energy environments, easily prioritising multiple tasks, embracing Agile ways of working and using marketing performance data to guide smarter decision-makingPark Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
