CK Group are recruiting for a Occupational Health Nurse, to join a leading biopharmaceutical company, based at their site in Wrexham, on a hybrid basis. This role is part-time (2.5 days per week), and on a contract basis for 3 months (inside IR35).

Salary:

PAYE £24.62 per hour.

Occupational Health Nurse Role:

Help in the provision of occupational health (OH) services to the client.
will lead a dedicated and focused performance Swot team for 3 months to improve performance of a sterile fill and finish (isolator) facility.
Ensure full site compliance and conducting all health surveillance medicals/health assessments, to include: audiometry, spirometry, skin, lone worker, keystone vision screening, night worker and musculoskeletal assessments and FLT medicals.
Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs, whilst monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of these programs.
Manage a caseload providing specialist clinical advice on work related health issues. 
Your Background:

A Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) qualification in adult nursing.
Current registration with the NMC and evidence of revalidation date.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in occupational health AFTER obtaining the diploma or degree in Occupational Health Nursing (preferred).
A working knowledge of work-related stress and anxiety and how to identify those most at risk.
Previous participation in health promotion campaigns.
