About the role:

We are looking for an organised and committed Night Dispensing Team Lead to join our MedExpress/Levity Pharmacy Team at our brand new warehouse in Leamington Spa. Due to the success our weight loss service has had in 2024, we are adding additional shifts. This exciting role will play a pivotal part in the continued success of our weight loss brands into 2025 and beyond. As the Dispensary Team Lead you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Dispensary Team and ensuring all orders are processed effectively and efficiently.

You will be working closely with our Pharmacist and packing teams to ensure all GLP-1 weight loss orders are dispensed and dispatched on time, to meet company targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals. If you enjoy working cross-departmentally and are a self-starter with strong communication skills this role would suit you perfectly.

This is a full-time, permanent role, based on site in our Leamington Spa warehouse. Shifts will be on 4 days on & 4 days off schedule, between the hours of 9pm - 9am.

What you'll be doing in the role:

Dispensing Operations:

  • Label, dispense and pack as required to ensure orders are dispatched on time.

  • Ensure weekly reports are filled in accurately and on time.

  • Support cross-functional teams with tasks requiring dispensary input as required (e.g. trial tests, sensory forms, collecting data for new products).

  • Ensure all clinical review reports are updated and accurate.

  • Oversee stock management through regular counts and ensure proper storage of medical products to maintain safety and reduce waste.

    Management and Leadership:

  • Create, organise and manage the staff rota ensuring dispatch and non-dispatch activities are accurately recorded.

  • Ensure all staff and temps have read and signed the SOPs and completed necessary training.

  • Cascade protocols and standards to the MedExpress Team from the RP.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with teams to ensure they understand their duties and delegated responsibilities.

  • Perform 1-1 reviews and performance reviews with direct reports.

    ​​​​​​​What you'll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience as a Dispensary Team Lead or as a Senior Dispenser

  • Planning, prioritising and organisational skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Ensure the effective use and control of company resources

  • Commitment to continuous professional development for the entire team through shared learnings and best practices

  • Conflict and problem resolution skills

  • Time management skills

  • An understanding of business rationale and the ability to initiate and implement decisions that will achieve business goals and objectives

  • Ability to sensitively give feedback and receive constructive feedback
