I am working with a client that have cornered the market within Cleanroom Design and Build. They are seeking a NEC Planner to schedule and document data and assist with an ongoing project on a pharmaceutical facility, Northumberland.

The business is dynamic and prides itself on being a true champion of collaboration and innovation. They also offer fair and long-term contracts which will earn you upward of £58k per year… who doesn’t want that!?

In the main, they are looking for someone that is comfortable liaising with contractors and employees with the ability to implement and manage the planning, monitoring, and control processes stipulated by the NEC contract. Communication is key in a role like this therefore we are looking for someone that isn’t afraid to ensure timely communication and reporting progress, risks, and changes.

What you will need:

• Good understanding and experience using Astra or MS projects
  
  
• A solid understanding of NEC4 contracts
  
  
• Preferably pharmaceutical project experience
