📍 Location: Oxfordshire | ⏰ Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts) | 💼 On-Call Required

About the Role:

*

Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC and building systems including AHUs, VRVs, VAVs, FCUs, pumps, and more.

*

Using a PDA to log all work in real time, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking.

*

Performing fault-finding, repairs, and safety checks to keep critical systems operational.

*

Monitoring and supervising subcontractors on-site to ensure standards are met.

*

Completing regular compliance checks, such as emergency lighting tests, fire alarm testing, water treatment, and BMS operation.

*

Working to strict cleanroom and GMP standards across technical and scientific areas.

*

Taking part in an on-call rota and supporting emergency responses.

Requirements:

*

City and Guilds in this field

*

AC qualifications

*

F-Gas 2079 Category 1

*

Proven experience in a similar multiskilled role

*

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical fault finding, and general building services

*

Full, clean UK driving licence

*

Computer literate and confident using maintenance systems

*

A team player who’s self-motivated, adaptable, and safety-focused

*

Able to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients
