About The Job

As our Multimedia Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating visually compelling content that drives our brand’s message across various platforms. Working closely with the marketing and content teams, you will design and produce graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets that align with our corporate goals. Your role will involve a mix of creativity and technical expertise, requiring you to adapt to different styles and platforms while maintaining high-quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity
  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, ensuring it meets quality standards and effectively communicates our brand message
  • Motion Graphics: Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for use in digital marketing and internal communications
  • Google Demand Gen: Utilise Google Demand Gen to create, optimise, and manage campaigns that drive qualified traffic and leads to our digital platforms
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and the marketing team to ensure multimedia content supports broader marketing initiatives
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice across all platforms
  • Creative Input: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative solutions to enhance visual content across all marketing channels
  • Digital Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of multimedia assets, ensuring easy access and efficient use of brand resource
  • Staying Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends in multimedia design, video editing, Google Demand Gen, and digital marketing to continuously improve our content

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Bring to IMSM?

  • Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics work
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Experience in Google Demand Gen, with the ability to create, optimise, and manage campaigns that drive traffic and leads
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging multimedia content
  • Experience in producing content for different digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Multimedia Design or a related field(not essential)
