What You'll Be Doing:

Providing essential electrical and mechanical assistance across dynamic production and packaging lines.
Diagnosing and swiftly repairing faults, ensuring safety and significantly reducing downtime.
Executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and championing continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting the seamless integration of new equipment and technologies within the facility.
Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams to uphold the highest standards of performance and safety.Your Shift Pattern for Work-Life Balance:

Enjoy a consistent 4 on / 4 off rotation (2 days, 2 nights). This unique schedule means you work approximately half the year, offering unparalleled opportunities for personal time and a genuine work-life balance, plus 21 days of annual leave!What you'll need:

A recognised Engineering Apprenticeship or an equivalent Level 3 NVQ in Engineering.
A proactive approach to preventative maintenance/asset care and a logical, diagnostic approach to fault-finding.
A genuine eagerness to learn and embrace Health & Safety and Quality requirements and standards.
To be self-motivated, a collaborative team player, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills - engaging and inquisitive.
The ability to work 12-hour shifts in a factory environment, which can be physically and mentally challenging.
A readiness to enjoy an abundance of days off!Advantage if you have:

Experience working in Food, Pharmaceutical, or similar regulated and audited industries.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) methods and improvements.
Advanced fault-finding and root cause analysis experience, coupled with multi-disciplined capability.
Familiarity and confidence with Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLC systems.
Experience with automated processes and equipment within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environments.
