Due to significant changes in the marketplace Kindeva is currently going through a period of substantial growth and we are looking for talented individuals to join our Loughborough team.

Role Overview:

We are currently looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals tojoin our Multi-skilled Engineer Apprenticeship Programmebased at our facility in Loughborough, Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to gain training and support across multiple engineering disciplines, whilst earning a qualification to enhance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Plant Engineers to provide electrical and mechanical maintenance engineering services across the manufacturing & support areas.
  • Support the inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing both electrical and mechanical faults, to ensure the smooth running of production lines and equipment.
  • Provide planned and emergency maintenance support.
  • Support with the planned and preventative maintenance for site utilities.
  • Assist with breakdown issues and resolution.
  • Gain hands-on experience identifying and diagnosing issues in machinery using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Ensure all engineering activities are carried out to the necessary standard complying with Safety, cGMP & company requirements.
  • Work with Module Technicians to gain experience within the value streams.
  • Attend college punctually and successfully complete allocated courses.
  • Successfully complete BTEC / NVQ qualifications aligned with the opportunity.

Key Capabilities:

  • Maths & English GCSE grade C/grade 4 or above.
  • A keen interest in engineering and technology.
  • A passion for working with both hands-on and theoretical knowledge.
  • Good organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, conscientious, and proactive in approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently with supervision.
  • Positive approach to own training and development.
  • Good communication and teamworking skills.
  • Strong team player.
