We’re seeking an exceptional Medical Science Liaison Manager to lead a dynamic team. Launch experience & line management expertise essential. Drive scientific engagement, develop strategic plans, and foster collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals. 3 upcoming launches across multiple Therapy Areas!
Requirements:
• Experienced MSL
• Experienced people leader, minimum 1 years leadership experience
• Launch experience or complex science background
Responsibilities will include:
• Accountable for 2 MSL teams, driving and ensuring excellence and a high performing team
• Works effectively in a collaborative manner with sales, marketing, clinical development and the market access teams to achieve business goals
• Launch readiness
