MSAT Director - Barnard Castle, UK

We are seeking a highly experienced MSAT Director to lead technical teams at our Barnard Castle location. This permanent position is critical in driving the lifecycle and continuous improvement of sterile manufacturing and dermatological products, as well as overseeing new product introductions (NPI). The role offers the opportunity to shape strategic planning, ensure compliance, and optimise processes within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site-level technical teams in sterile manufacturing, dermatological product lifecycles, and NPIs.
  • Drive process optimisation initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.
