MEP Design Manager – Contract | London | Up to £40ph LTD


We are working in partnership with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to appoint anMEP Design Manageron a long-term contract basis, supporting a high-profile global account delivering complex life sciences, pharmaceutical, and GMP facilities.

Joining an established Project and Design Management team, you’ll play a key role in the coordination and delivery of technically demanding, fast-paced design projects. The position is based in London and will involve working closely with stakeholders across international design teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate MEP design activities across multiple global lab/pharma projects
  • Collaborate with internal and external design consultants to ensure compliance with GMP and client standards
  • Lead MEP design reviews, manage timelines, and track progress across disciplines
  • Support the PM/DM team in ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an MEP Design Management role
  • Proven background working on laboratory, pharmaceutical, or GMP environments
  • Ability to lead coordination efforts and manage multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Details:

  • Location:London (hybrid flexibility may be available)
  • Rate:Up to £40 per hour (Outside IR35, LTD company)
  • Contract:Initial 6-month contract with extension likely
  • Start:ASAP
