We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Doctor with 3+-years of post-qualification experience to join our innovative medical technology startup, Predictive Health Intelligence.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the further development and rollout of our flagship product, hepatoSIGHT. This position requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, a high degree of organisation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Support: Provide clinical guidance and support for the implementation of hepatoSIGHT, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows.
  2. Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals on the use of hepatoSIGHT.
  3. Data Analysis: Collaborate with data scientists to analyse outcomes and improve the effectiveness of hepatoSIGHT.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with healthcare providers, patient groups, policymakers, and other stakeholders to promote the adoption of hepatoSIGHT.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant medical regulations and guidelines.
  6. Research and Development: Assist with the development and delivery of R&D projects including grant writing, research/ethics approvals, research delivery, analysis and research dissemination.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent medical degree, fully registered with the GMC.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years post-qualification experience in an NHS clinical setting.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  4. Legal: Right to work and remain in the United Kingdom.
  5. Experience in medical technology or digital health.
  6. Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation.
  7. Previous experience in project management or rollout of new medical technologies.
  8. Desire to improve public health at a national scale.

Work Arrangements:

  1. Location: Based in Southwest England.
  2. Working Style: Hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site and online work. While some remote work is acceptable, regular on-site presence, across the Southwest will be required.
  3. Clinical Opportunity: Up to one day per week can be dedicated to clinical work in a hospital setting, allowing you to maintain your clinical skills.
