Job Description


Location: Hemel Hempstead (This role is an office-based role)


Working hours:Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm; 1 hour for lunch. Total weekly hours: 37.5 hours

The company offers Flexible Working Times: Start anytime between 8:30 – 10:00 and finish after 16:00

Key Responsibilities of Your Role:


·      Foster and maintain strong relationships with key medical experts in Fertility Clinics, Early Pregnancy Assessment Units (EPAU), and Preterm Birth (PTB) Surveillance Clinics.

·      Develop a comprehensive understanding of the fertility and high-risk pregnancy treatments, clinical trials, competitor activities, and market trends within the fertility sector.

·      Support Fertility Clinics, EPAUs, and PTB clinics with current medical and product information.

·      Establish yourself as an expert of a globally leading brand and address medical information inquiries.

·      Act as the company's ambassador and primary contact for internal teams, healthcare professionals, and commercial affiliates.

·      Represent the company at national and international conferences, meetings, congresses, and symposia.

·      Support the MSL Manager in developing product training materials as needed, and periodically provide training and scientific updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

·      Assist the MSL Manager in research projects, clinical studies, and the publication of scientific papers.

·      Aid in organising speakers and developing materials for conferences and webinars at international, local, and virtual events.

·      Support the development of communication platforms to enhance brand awareness.

·      Assist in organising the annual global partners meeting and KOL steering group meetings.

·      Develop an understanding of the ABPI Code and ensure company compliance with its requirements.

•        You may have previous experience in a similar role, establishing strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

•        You possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

•        You have a valid UK Driving License

•        You demonstrate exceptional communication skills and can build strong relationships at the senior level.

•        You have outstanding organizational and project management abilities and can manage multiple projects concurrently.

•        Most importantly, you exhibit a fun and positive attitude towards work.
