CK Group are recruiting for a Medical Devices Clinical Safety Scientist, to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry, on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:

Hourly: £33.58 PAYE or £45 LTD/ Umbrella - this role is outside IR35.
Medical Devices Clinical Safety ScientistRole:

  • Lead & contribute to the development of safety processes for medical devices (MD).
  • Support Clinical Safety resource upskilling for MDs and influence of external landscape/stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc consultation to safety teams on MD related matters as appropriate.


Your Background:

  • Relevant MD safety expertise, along with an understanding of drug safety/pharmacovigilance, to ensure the integration of MD activities into the broader pharmacovigilance landscape.
  • Previous Healthcare, Scientific or biomedical research background with clinical safety experience with the use of MDs and/or combination products in the pharmaceutical/biotech or MD industry.
  • Knowledge of relevant MD regulations and industry standards.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of MD clinical safety and relevant areas of science.

Location:

This role is a hybrid position, with some office working in Welwyn Garden City, but the client will consider remote working for the right candidate.
