MAXIMO coaches are responsible to provide coaching, training, assistance, and advice to personnel in regard to the Maximo Maintenance Management System (MMS). Liaising with and supporting all disciplines and management on and with any support requirements ensuring knowledgeable and efficient use of the system. As a MAXIMO coach your activities will include the following:
TASKS:
▪ Trips Onshore & Offshore to train, coach, and support MAXIMO
▪ Perform the role of Assessor in respect of MAXIMO for CNRI, s Competence Management & Development System
▪ Collate & form understanding of all MAXIMO scope including resolving any arising issues and support requests
▪ Have effective planning, communication, organizational skills ensuring any support requests are dealt with in a timely manner
▪ Ability to review and action outputs from the MAXIMO audit system
▪ Ensure all previous system issues/lessons learned are tracked, captured and implemented
▪ Work with on/offshore personnel verifying critical equipment spec is correct and material management within MAXIMO is effectively controlled and understood
▪ Work with platform personnel to ensure work orders are suitably prepared, scheduled, and ready for execution
▪ Review and aim to reduce work order backlog
▪ Develop and improve the system
▪ Willingness to support critical tasks out with normal hours and remotely
▪ Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment of the installation personnel and surrounding environment
Experience & Qualifications
▪ Offshore experience
▪ Computer skills/Microsoft office applications
▪ Maximo/MMS User
▪ Mandatory Offshore Certification (BOSIET, MIST, Medical, etc.)
▪ Computer derived courses and qualifications
This role will be mobilising from Aberdeen on a 3/3 rota.
