About the Role
A global leader is seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy

Marketing Manager

to take ownership of the marketing strategy for their product lines across Healthcare and Medical Education team.
This high-impact role sits at the intersection of

product marketing, strategic leadership, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration , and plays a key part in shaping the local market presence and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the UK marketing strategy for medical education product lines, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Act as the subject matter expert fully understanding clinical features, benefits, and the challenges addressed
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, services) and external partners to synchronize efforts and maximize customer value.
Lead planning and execution of national and regional conferences, events, and digital campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, including customer reference sites and influencers, to create impactful marketing content such as videos and case studies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and industry stakeholders throughout the UK.
Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform marketing strategies and measure effectiveness.
Manage marketing budgets with strong financial discipline to optimize ROI.
Support sales teams with product training, marketing collateral, and campaign execution.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with local and global brand standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and market information within CRM systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 3 years of proven marketing experience in healthcare, medical technology, or medical education.
Deep understanding of healthcare markets and decision-making processes.
Proficient in current marketing technologies including CRM platforms, SEO, social media, AI tools, and sales enablement.
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute projects hands-on.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
Highly organized with excellent planning and project management skills.
