CK Group are recruiting for a Marketing and Meetings Coordinator, to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Basingstoke, on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is 3 days onsite and 2 days hybrid.

Salary:

£13.85 - £18.46 per hour.

Marketing and Meetings Coordinator Role:

Liaise closely with the National Therapeutic Advisors and Brand Managers across all Gastroenterology brands to facilitate the planning, development, and implementation of meetings across the UK and IE. 
Coordinate third party meeting (National and regional) sponsorship across Gastroenterology brands.
Support Gastroenterology brand teams with delivery of marketing activities and initiatives as required, especially those related to meetings and P2P (e.g. Webinars and speaker training).
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and be able to have a high detail focus; Previous familiarity of Veeva promo mats would be beneficial.
Be able to plan months in advance to manage multiple stakeholders. 
Your Background:

2+years of experience in administration and /or project management in a heavily regulated environment.
Excellent planning skills.
High Attention to detail.
Ability to manage projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience of working in a virtual / multi-national organisation.
