We arelooking to hire a Manager Finance - Metrics & Analytics, a keymember of the Global Accounting Operations team (AO) and part ofthe Accounting Transactions team (AT). Key Responsibilities - ProcessDocumentation: Ensure mapping of AO processes are kept up to dateand review deviations from the process - Metrics: Work with AO toproduce meaningful metrics, run and report on Key metrics, supportwith data gathering - Systems: Support with leasing system forIFRS16 reporting (admin & reporting), support with Blacklinereconciliation tool (admin & reporting), support on month endprocesses in SAP, Allocations (SAP, COPA and others) - Counterpartycredit exposure: Support counterparty credit process includingorder releases - Masterdata: Support the business on applicablefinance masterdata processes - General: Drive enhancements,efficiencies & standardisation, drive process improvementSkills & Experience - A Strong educational background and adegree or diploma, preferably in finance, commerce, or accounting -5+ years’ experience in relevant field/industry - Experience inglobal scientific/pharmaceutical industry highly desirable - 1-3years’ supervisory or demonstrated leadership experience - Strongorganisation and process management skills - Excellentinterpersonal skills and is a natural collaborator who can engagewith stakeholders at all levels - Clear and concise written andverbal communication skills - Strong numerical and analyticalskills together with an ability to understand and succinctlyexplain large and complex concepts - High attention to detail -Learning agility & intellectual horsepower - Microsoft Officeskills including a strong capability in Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI, SAP, Analysis for Office (preferable) - Time Management &priority setting - Ability to work autonomously to drive forresults - Problem solving and dealing with ambiguity - Continuousimprovement mindset This role is based out of our Financial SharedService Centre, Speke, Liverpool.
