In your role as an Account Manager no day will be the same, but you can expect your days to include ▪ Visiting sites and customers in the field asking open questions to understand their needs and listening and turning this into a tailor- made solution. ▪ Demonstrate our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site ▪ Further develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships, as well as uncovering new business leads ▪ Be responsible for the operational, organisational and strategic management of your sales area, fully utilizing the top-in-class CRM system, Salesforce  At Hilti we have a passionate and inclusive global team and a caring and performance-driven culture. So, if you’ve never worked in sales or construction, that’s fine with us. SALES ONLY**  If you meet the requirements of the role you'll be invited to complete a fun online assessment and a short pre-recorded video interview - If you need any support with your application please contact you're in the formal process, there are three stages – a first interview with a Regional Manager, a day-in-the-life 'field ride' to give you a real feel for the job and a final interview with a Sales Director.
